Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner is a modern-day woman with wisdom and energy. She's an actress, a writer health guru, talk show host producer entrepreneur model, director dancer, singer and most important wife and mother! It's no wonder she has been given the name Perpetual Motion. Marilu's health-focused approach is visible throughout her entire existence. She believes that you can accomplish whatever you want with a healthy body. However, this wasn't always the case in the past. As an teen, her weight increased rapidly. She indulged in emotional foods and felt sick all the times. Both of her parents, who were aged in their 50s, and suffering from heart attacks or arthritis-related ailments, passed away. She realized she needed to be accountable for her own wellbeing. The focus was on the health of our bodies, and on how we can maximize the function of our bodies. This improv group and sketch troupe is famous for its sketches and improvisations.
